Simplus, a leader in Salesforce Quote-to-Cash advisory, implementation, and managed services, today announced the appointment of Lance Evanson as Chief Strategy Officer at Simplus. In his new position, he will be responsible for guiding the development of the company’s strategic priorities and implementing those strategies throughout the organization.

Evanson served as EVP of Strategy & Business Development with the company since 2014, where he oversaw the development and execution of strategy for all revenue generating activities, with an emphasis on crafting and managing partner programs. With a recent acquisition of an international Salesforce Platinum Partner and the successful closure of a $20 million funding round, Simplus is primed to expand its strategy under Evanson’s direction.

Evanson brings ten years of experience in sales management, business development, and technology solutions consulting. As one of the company’s first employees, he progressed through many roles and wore many hats, including Director of Business Development, General Manager of SFDC Practice, and most recently EVP of Strategy & Business Development. During this ascension, Evanson led the establishment of a successful Salesforce practice and was instrumental in growing the company.
Prior to Simplus, Evanson spent five years at a Business Development consulting firm that focused on partnerships with early stage venture funds to work through portfolio companies and build new revenue streams. Evanson joined Simplus with the task of building a new strategic partnership with Salesforce.com, which has positioned Simplus as the fastest Salesforce.com partner.
