Travel is up to 100% - Monday through Thursday and you may reside anywhere within the continental US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in the mapping of business process and functional requirements to Salesforce.com capabilities.
  • Configure salesforce.com according to requirements while leveraging current Salesforce.com best practices.
  • Create clear and concise deliverables documenting the configuration and usage of Salesforce.com.
  • Leverage project management and team leadership skills to develop effective teams.
  • Work closely with customer subject matter experts and the project team to understand, clarify and implement functionality requests.
  • Display clear and effective verbal and written communications skills during interactions with clients and team members.
  • Champion EDL best practices in project methodology, documentation, and Salesforce.com configuration.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience customizing, integrating and/or implementing large scale front-office software applications.
  • 2+ years implementing Salesforce.com as a certified professional
  • Recent leadership experience in delivering customer-facing solutions.
  • Required business knowledge of customer relationship management, eCommerce and/or sales automation. Ideal candidate will have experience in improving channel sales.
  • Knowledge of current trends integrating customer relationship management ideally within B2B transaction environments.
  • Travel will be required, International travel is available.
  • Experience and skill facilitating sales/business process mapping and functional requirements sessions desired.
  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce.com sales and marketing applications as well as AppExchange applications and their appropriate use.
  • Ability and willingness to mentor others.
