We are specifically looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Business Intelligence practice on a full-time or contract basis.

We are searching for experienced Business Intelligence professionals able to:

• Provide clients with consulting expertise and best practice recommendations around implementing, upgrading and maximizing their investments.
• Analyze and interpret client requirements, drafting functional descriptions and/or technical specifications as required.
• Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions for leading clients.
• Leverage team leadership skills to develop effective teams.
• Collaborate with customer personnel and enablement partners in a success-oriented project team environment.
• Display clear and effective verbal and written communications skills during interactions with clients and team members.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Introduce new and/or additional products and services to enhance the client’s business usage while meeting the client’s business needs via the change control process.
• Challenges: Must be able to navigate new client organizations effectively and determine points of contact quickly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience and at least 2 years of experience with BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform.
• Demonstrated ability to perform well under stressful situations while managing teams of people ranging from internal EDL employees to client teams and other non-EDL consulting teams.
• Strength in stepping outside of situations to gain a clear perspective in order to develop customized client solutions.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining positive client relationships and managing client expectations.
• Solid leadership capabilities managing project plans, giving presentations, reporting status to clients, interfacing with client management and project owners.
• Track record of project ownership and independent thinking – someone who can make things happen and not feel “above” certain responsibilities or objectives.
  Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to travel 100%, Monday through Thursday; you may reside anywhere within the continental US.
• Recent leadership experience in delivering client facing solutions.
