  • 2010-02-04 Customers unsatisfied with product recommendations

    Though personalized product recommendations are an increasingly important part of ecommerce, customers are not impressed. According to a survey by recommendation service provider ChoiceStream, 59 percent of online shoppers reported receiving poor quality recommendations in 2009 - a 31 percent increase from 2008.
